Attitude will change your life
What do
you understand by term Attitude? You might hear a positive or negative
attitude, but nobody talks about the right attitude. Being optimistic is good
but optimism based on reality is far better. Attitude defines your relationship
with family, friends, and co-workers. Attitude
can be defined as evaluations of ideas, objects, and people around us. Attitude
is a way of thinking and feeling about something.
In
psychology, Attitude has three components which are called ABC model of attitude.

A for Affective (emotional
reaction one has towards an object )
·
B for Behavioral(it refers to one
behaves when exposed to an object)
·
C for cognitive( it refers to the
beliefs, thoughts, and attributes that one associated with an object)
“A
happy person is not a person in a certain set of circumstances, but rather a person with a certain set of right
attitude.”
We are
mentally biased or prejudiced towards people and situations. If you are going
to meet strange people, without knowing him you think bad about that person
surely that meeting going fruitless. Attitude is like a mental filter by which
you experience this world some people see the world with a filter of optimism
and others with a filter of pessimism. Everyone faces problems in life, life
starts to throw dirt and stone on our window. Most of people do nothing
about that filthy window and dirt keeps building up and they lost their
enthusiasm and become pessimistic. You
have a choice to live with a filthy window or clean it. It’s your job to clean
that filthy window.
At many
times you have no control over circumstances you faced worst conditions but one
thing is on which you have full control, Attitude. How do you see problems? How
you handle problems? It’s totally in your own hands. Watch a child when he
starts to walk, he falls down many times. Instead of blaming the situation or
parents he smiles, gets up and makes another attempt.
A little
positive thinking doesn’t produce positive results like one-day dieting doesn’t
work. One must take control of one’s mental activities and think positively
throughout each and every day until it becomes a habit. Your beliefs brought
you to where you are today and your thinking from this point forward will take
you to where you’ll be in the future.
Everything
you achieve in your life comes from your thinking and beliefs. Negative thinking
yields negative results and positive thinking produce positive results so it’s
your choice what you want in life.
You must
take care of what you hear, what you speak and what you think. Your mind hears
every word you say and work like a magnet, it attracts the events and
circumstances that correspond to your belief system. So make sure to use
positive words about yourself and your goals.
Every adversity or problem
carries with it the seed of an equivalent or greater benefit so try to turn
your problems into opportunities.
