Develop a good Habit, have a good life





How we can define a Habit. In a simple way ‘Everything you do the everyday basis is a habit’.
Habits define a person, his behavior and personality. In a study found that our 40-45% actions are based on habits whether it is good or bad like the time you wake up, driving a car, going gym, smoke so on.

Let’s talk in general if you come from the office daily and sit on the sofa taking coffee and watching your favorite show. Our Brain is very smart and intelligent it observes our action. The brain works through neurons by them our brain communicates other parts of the body. 

When we repeat an action over again and Again even in the same context and environment that is run in the subconscious mind so even sometimes you are not aware of that habit. After doing a task our brain gives rewards to the body like release dopamine by which you feel gratified.

 Repeating the same action, again and again, our brain mechanism is changed you can see a network connection between neurons that is fragile initially but after 5-6 weeks this connection gets thick and strong.

The process of creating a new habit includes three parts:


The Cue is that initiates the habit, the behavior that is the outward manifestation of the habit and final is the reward that supports the habit. In this whole cycle, you can see the most important is the cue that initiates habit. This cue triggers your desire to perform habitual action when u do this action, your brain rewards you so you feel more relax and happy.

How to change a habit?
For changing a habit you have to understand change is possible if you go in the right way. You can find many reasons to change yourself or develop a good habit.

Scientific research shows that A new habit can be formed on an average 66-day mini. yet it depends on person to person how they work on that with their will power and circumstances.
