We all want
to be happy but what is happiness? How you measure happiness? Is pleasure is
happiness? If yes then why it is not sustainable. You have to understand first
what is happiness? In simple words satisfied with your current life. The only
way to live happily is the feeling of gratitude, the feeling of thankfulness, the
feeling of contentment. In other words to live in the present moment instead of
worrying about the past or future.
I know many
people who are successful in their life, they got their dream job, house and
car but still they feel unfulfilled. They are not satisfied with what they are now. The
reasons may be the difference between their planning and execution or they planned
it the wrong way. I asked them what they want from their life. What they want to
give this world. They can’t answer it and confuse within selves.

mind pattern- As we nurture we learn a lot from family and society and think
and do the thing in that way. This creates a fixed pattern to see the world and to
act, we always focus on what we don’t have and start to feel bad for
ourselves and complain about circumstances where the problem starts.
Take an example our body is like hardware and our action, thinking like software and you are the owner of this whole system. This software has many viruses like negative thinking, your reactions… you just need to change that software and reconfigure your system with positivity, mindfulness and good habits.

The basic necessity
of life is food, clothes, and house and you have all that which even dreams of
millions of people in the world who are died from cold, hunger. You already living
a dream life which is far better than millions of others than why and for what you
worrying. You have to change the default setting of your mind and understand reality. You should be thankful for what you have.

You just need to find small things or reason to be happy
like you are alive and healthy, you have a house, you have healthy
relationships, etc… focus on a thing for them you are grateful- big or small. Peace
of mind is another important factor of happiness. Everyone has faced ups and
downs, rejection, failure it’s not the case only with you.
